The Halwa kettle works on the principle of baking while stirring. Two agitator arms continuously turn, twist, shake and bake material in all directions in the bowl. This machine will therefor bake the material evenly. The Halwa can also be used just for mixing materials such as slurry, liquids, etc. This well built machine can also be used for baking all types of Halwa such as munghalwa, mohanthal, kajubite, jelly, slurry, dalpinni, dodhabarfi, mava, etc. It not only has a built in high capacity gas burner with flow control, but also can be tilted for removing material and has a easy locking mechanism for kadai. The Halwa kettle does not require lubricating and comes on castors for portability.
